General Information

 

Admissions - A FAMILY NEW YEAR BLAST (FNYB) ticket provides general admission to all performances.  Tickets are $10 per person.  Children 12 years and under get in free.   Tickets are non-refundable.  There are no replacements for lost tickets.  CASH ONLY.  Checks and Credit Cards are not accepted.

 

Ticket sale location - You can buy tickets at the door of each venue beginning at 3:30pm on December 31st.

 

Food and Refreshments -  Restaurants will be open in downtown Birmingham.  Call the restaurants directly for more details.

 

Enjoy the performances - Plan ahead by choosing performances you wish to see.  Arrive early for performances.  Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Performances start at scheduled times - Late admission is at the discretion of the management.  There is no guaranteed seating at the performances.  Be flexible.  If you are unable to get into an event, see something else.  Choose a nearby alternative.

 

Drop-in activities - There are also activities planned that you can join in at any time during the period specified.

 

House rules - No strollers allowed in venues.  No smoking, eating, or drinking will be permitted at indoor performances. Locations will be cleared after each performance.  Please leave the venue promptly, to make room for the next audience.

 

Silence is golden - Please be courteous and silence all electronic equipment during performances.

 

Parking - The first two hours are free in city parking garages.  Additional time is charged at $1 per hour. It is recommended you park at the Chester Street Parking Garage at the corner of Maple and Chester.  All of the FYNB are within walking distance of the Chester Street Parking Garage.

 

Restrooms - Restrooms are available at all venues.

 

Handicap access - Most venues have handicap access.  Upon arriving at venue, please ask a  volunteer for assistance.
